By accessing or using the services provided by Chengdu Yinsong Aixue Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yinsong Tech", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
通过访问或使用成都银松艾雪科技有限公司（"银松科技"、"我们"或"我们的"）提供的服务，您同意受本服务条款的约束。如果您不同意本条款的任何部分，则不得使用我们的服务。
Yinsong Tech provides computer systems design, cloud infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity services, data analytics, systems integration, and automation & DevOps consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service shall be defined in a separate service agreement between the parties.
银松科技提供计算机系统设计、云基础设施解决方案、网络安全服务、数据分析、系统集成以及自动化与DevOps咨询。每项服务的具体范围、交付成果和时间安排应由双方另行签订的服务协议确定。
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery, grant reasonable access to systems and personnel as needed, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided.
客户同意提供服务交付所需的准确、及时的信息，根据需要授予对系统和人员的合理访问权限，并遵守所有适用的法律法规。客户负责维护所提供任何账户凭证的机密性。
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables specifically developed for a client under a service agreement shall be owned by the client upon full payment. Yinsong Tech retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and tools used in providing services.
根据服务协议专门为客户开发的交付成果中的所有知识产权，在客户全额付款后归客户所有。银松科技保留其在提供服务过程中使用的既有知识产权、方法论和工具的所有权。
Service fees shall be as set forth in the applicable service agreement. Invoices are due within the payment terms specified. Late payments may result in suspension of services and accrual of interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
服务费用应按适用的服务协议中的规定执行。发票应在指定的付款期限内支付。逾期付款可能导致服务暂停，并按适用法律允许的最高利率计收利息。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yinsong Tech's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，银松科技因本条款或我们的服务所产生的任何索赔的总责任不超过客户就引起索赔的特定服务支付的总费用。我们对间接、附带或后果性损害不承担责任。
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Sections concerning payment, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
任何一方均可根据服务协议条款终止协议。终止后，客户应支付截至终止生效日已提供的所有服务费用。有关支付、知识产权、责任限制和管辖法律的条款在终止后继续有效。
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
本服务条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖并依其解释。因本条款产生的任何争议应提交至位于四川省成都市的有管辖权的法院，双方特此接受该等法院的专属管辖。
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of material changes.
我们保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。变更内容发布到本网站后即生效。变更后继续使用我们的服务即表示接受新条款。我们将尽合理努力通知客户重大变更。
